LINC Tasmania

State Library of Tasmania logo

The LINC Tasmania brand is founded on strong connections with our clients and community. We inspire and support the pursuit of lifelong learning and aspire to be a learning organisation. We collect and preserve Tasmania's documentary heritage as a resource to inform and inspire current and future generations. We are committed to removing barriers so that all Tasmanians can access our services.

The library provides access to many different eresources. Although you don't need your library card to access eResources whilst you are in the library buildings, it is essential for accessing them when you are at home.

If you are a Tasmania resident and would like to access eresources from home, you will need to become a library member. Online registration is available, giving temporary access to online resources. A follow-up visit to your local LINC or branch library in person is required to complete the registration and gain permanent access to all LINC Tasmania resources.
